The negative calorie diet is a way to lose weight quickly and easily without feeling like you are starving yourself.

The premise behind this diet plan is that you only eat foods that offer very few calories - and by selecting from these foods there are many times that it actually takes more calories to eat the chosen food than the amount of calories that it contains. Therefore, you end up using more energy to eat these foods than what you get out of them so they essentially become negative calorie foods.
